Job Overview:
The Accommodation Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene and comfort of our accommodations. This role involves a range of tasks including maintaining high standards of housekeeping, delivering excellent customer service and working collaboratively with the Housekeeping Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation
* Carry out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department
* Deliver a high level of customer service to guests
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Able to work within a flexible, rotating roster which includes weekends, evenings and Public Holidays
* Be motivated, have a good eye for detail and have high cleaning standards
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
