As an Assistant Director – DART Human Resources, you will provide strategic support across various HR functions within the DART Program. The position is critical in supporting the DART program with end-to-end engagement processes (APS and Labour Hire), onboarding (APS, Labour Hire, Vendor Personnel), training coordination, performance management, and workplace relations.
The role will ensure alignment with APS and Corporate HR practices, along with the NDIS Commission's objectives.
