Hourly Rates: $40.00 - $45.00 Per Hour (Dependent On Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, maintaining, and decommissioning wireless telecom towers
- Working with antennas, RRUs, feeders, microwave dishes, and small cells
- Assembling and erecting towers on site
- Conducting fault finding, PIM and sweep testing, and waterproofing connections
- Reading plans, interpreting work orders, and ensuring safety compliance
- Completing site surveys and remote installations in some of Australia’s most unique areas
What You’ll Need
- Valid Driver’s Licence (Must Be Able To Drive A Manual)
- Working at Heights and Tower Rescue certification
- High-risk work licences – RB, DG, WP (minimum)
- Experience in wireless telecom rigging – towers, antennas, microwave, etc.
- RadHaz / EME Awareness
- Physically fit and capable of working at height and in remote locations
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and team-first attitude
- Availability to work away from home and do overtime as required (overtime is paid)
