Home Care Professional
We are seeking a Home Care Professional to provide essential care and support to older individuals in their homes, enabling them to live independently and improve their quality of life.
The role involves:
* Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
* Helping with household chores and errands
* Transporting clients to appointments and engagements
* Assisting with medication management
Requirements:
* Reliable and patient individual with excellent communication skills
* Previous experience in aged or community care
* Valid Driver's Licence and access to an insured, reliable vehicle
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (desired)
