We are looking for a fastidious, reliable and experienced Property Manager or Property Manager Assistant who will be responsible for nurturing tenant and landlord relationships, by utilizing a thorough, consistent and reliable communication process.
You will have the support of the entire team that assists with the leasing, marketing, new business, accounts, and general administration. Your role is focused on making sure the portfolio is running smoothly.

Daily Responsibilities
* Manage all repairs and maintenance and tenant liaison
* Working closely with Leasing to ensure leases and properties are ready for occupation
* Managing correspondence with tenants and owners as requested
* Assist with arrears control & rent reviews
* Tribunal prep and attendance
* Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
What you will need
* Must have experience in residential property management
* Have a QLD Registration Certificate OR Certificate IV in Real Estate Practices, PRIOR to be legally allowed to work in the industry.
* Be supportive, diligent, proactive, and part of a busy team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished presentation
* Be extremely organised, have a strong initiative and prioritise to meet multiple deadlines
* The ability to assist with managing the team's needs and structure
