Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Security Contract Manager to oversee operations at our site in Alice Springs. This is a full-time position under the SSIA framework.
Key Responsibilities:

* Operational management of all personnel delivering services at the Alice springs Facility.
">
* Implement security directives and ensure compliance.
">
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
">
* Develop and maintain rosters for all security personnel
">
* Manager administrative tasks while meeting regulatory and contractual site KPI requirements.
">
* Plan, organise and direct daily operational and administrative activities while introducing proactive measures to enhance security personnel performance.
">
* Maintain and update site documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Skills Matrix's, and Assignment Instructions.
">
* Manage and oversee the performance and operational responsibilities of all allocated staffing while following internal escalation policies.
">
Requirements:
">
To be successful in this role you will need:
">
">
* Previous management experience in a similar role including the Management of a small to medium sized team.
">
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain security documentation (Standard Operating Procedures etc).
">
* A valid Northern Territory security license and first aid/CPR certification.
">
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
">
* Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights.
">
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
">
* Proficiency in IT and computer systems including an intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
">
* A professional and well-presented demeanour at all times.
">
* Certificate III in Security Operations (Leadership Course - CPP31318) is highly regarded.
">
* Responsible for maintaining and rostering the fleet of Wilson security vehicles.
