You'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly through preventative maintenance, fast breakdown response, and continuous improvement.What You'll Do:Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, gearboxes, robotic lines, hydraulics, and more.Diagnose faults and provide effective mechanical solutions to reduce downtime and equipment failure.Support installation of new equipment, machinery upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.Work closely with a large team across maintenance, breakdowns, and project tasks.Maintain safety and compliance standards, including HACCP, GMP, and safe work procedures.What We're Looking For:Trade-qualified Fitter (Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical)3–5 years' experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments (food preferred)Solid knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and mechanical troubleshootingExperience with CMMS systems (MEX preferred) and a strong safety-first mindsetWhat's On Offer:Tuesday to Saturday day shift (Saturday rates + regular overtime)Stable full-time position with a competitive salaryJoin a national leader with strong safety, quality, and engineering standardsCareer growth in a collaborative, well-supported maintenance teamReady to take the next step in your maintenance career?
