We're seeking a
Clinical Lead (RN)
to join our dedicated team supporting clients across the Northern Adelaide suburbs. In this rewarding leadership role, you'll provide
clinical oversight, mentoring, and guidance
to support workers and nursing staff delivering person-centred care in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and ensure safe, high-quality nursing care for clients with complex needs
Develop, implement, and review care plans and clinical documentation
Support and mentor frontline staff in best practice disability and community care
Liaise with families, allied health professionals, and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation
Participate in audits, incident reviews, and continuous quality improvement
About You
Current
AHPRA registration
as a Registered Nurse
Experience in
Disability, Community, or Complex Care settings
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
A passion for empowering people with disability to live independently
Current driver's licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check
