Key Account Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in the Darwin region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing key accounts with strategic focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive mindset.
The role focuses on building strategic partnerships with mining, mining contractors, and civil infrastructure clients. You will be responsible for maintaining strong account relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning hire solutions to client project needs.

4. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
You will play a critical part in the region's success by increasing market share within existing accounts. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience selling to mining end-users, mining contractors, and/or civil infrastructure market
* A strong background in managing key accounts with strategic focus
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
* A proactive and organized mindset
