The role We’re seeking a talented Account Director to join the team in either Sydney or Melbourne. Key Responsibilities Act as the senior point of contact for clients, reporting to the Director of Digital & Growth and working closely with senior leaders. Build and grow client relationships through proactive, high-impact counsel and delivery. Lead the execution of PR, digital, and thought leadership programs. Drive campaign strategy while remaining hands-on with delivery and execution. Manage product launches across various sectors, crafting locally resonant messaging. Cultivate and manage media, influencer, and affiliate networks. Secure impactful coverage across traditional and digital channels. Oversee content creation, performance tracking, and engagement optimisation. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of government, corporate, and not-for-profit clients. You’ll also work alongside partners who are leaders in social change, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, reputation management, health promotion, and thought leadership. Expect to work autonomously on discrete projects while also contributing within larger multidisciplinary teams on integrated campaigns and long-term programs. Why This Role?
