IT Support Engineer Immediate Start - 6 month contract - WHV IT Support Engineer 6-Month Contract | Daily Rate | Sydney - WHV We are seeking a Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT team supporting medical clinic environments across Sydney.
This is a hands-on, on-site role suited to someone who enjoys user interaction, troubleshooting in real time, and supporting critical systems in a healthcare setting.
This is a 6-month contract offering a competitive daily rate with a strong chance of extension.

Key responsibilities include: Supporting Windows 10 Windows 11 desktop and laptop environments Troubleshooting PCs, laptops, monitors, docks, printers, scanners, and medical-clinic peripherals Providing support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) User administration in Active Directory (account creation, password resets, group management) Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, network drives, printing issues) Installing, configuring, and patching software and operating systems Performing device builds, swaps, and hardware refreshes Logging, updating, and resolving tickets via an ITIL-aligned service desk Delivering clear, professional support to both clinical and non-clinical users Travelling between clinic sites to provide on-site support as required Why This Contract?
