About the Role:
As a Field Delivery Trainee, you will work closely with experienced technicians to develop your skills and knowledge in the field. You will be responsible for assisting with the provision of technical services, solutions, and support to our clients, including activating and assuring telecommunications and technology products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the delivery of technical services and solutions to clients
• Work closely with experienced technicians to develop skills and knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
• Assist with the activation and assurance of telecommunications and technology products and services
Requirements:
• Current driver's license
• Physically fit for the role
• Ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening
• Ability to undertake a police check
