Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive interviews and examinations of patients, documenting assessment findings accurately.
* Create a welcoming environment that fosters confidence, confidentiality, and respect for all patients.
* Anticipate and document the needs of patients and families during hospitalization, ensuring seamless care transitions.
* Monitor diagnostic results and investigations regularly.
* Provide guidance to graduate nurses and nursing students as needed, enhancing the multidisciplinary team's capabilities.
To succeed in this position, candidates must be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient satisfaction and outcomes is also essential, coupled with well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
