inSite Construction Services Pty Ltd is a South East Queensland based commercial builder that specialises in the delivery of health, education and institutional projects within live operational environments.
We are looking for an attentive Junior Office Administrator to support and assist our friendly team in our Gold Coast based office on a Full-Time basis. This role would be best suited to someone seeking to gain administration experience, develop skills and create a career pathway within inSite Construction Services.
**The Role**
The role is:

- Adaptable to the business's growth
- Flexible to deal with the peaks and troughs of the construction industry.
The role is the quintessential definition of multi-tasking and requires good judgement on prioritising tasks. The Jnr Office Administrator is required to be highly self-motivated and be capable of working independently (mostly) and in a team (sometimes).
**About the Role**:
- Provide general administration support to the team
- High-volume invoice-processing and data-entry
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Attend to incoming phone queries
- Xero experience is an advantage but not essential
- Monitor office and kitchen supplies and equipment to ensure correct functioning
- Maintain Social Media (including posting project updates)
**About You**:
- Friendly can-do attitude
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry
- Basic accounting and finance knowledge (Xero preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivated and energetic, with an eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
**Job Types**:
Full-time - Salary - From $50-55K + Super
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
