About This Role
As a key member of our IT team, you will be customer-facing and solutions-focused in providing exceptional support to users based in our office. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, phone calls, and walk-up requests, as well as providing support to the wider IT Team to manage, install, test, and troubleshoot new technology and systems.
Maintenance, assignment, and reassignment of IT devices and assets are also key responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualifications in computing or other relevant disciplines are essential for this role.
* Significant help desk and level 1-2 support experience, preferably within construction or engineering, is required.
* Strong IT networking and troubleshooting skills, active directory, Service Now, MS Teams, and Office 365 experience are crucial for success.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, a logical approach to problem-solving, and strong attention to detail are necessary.
* A positive attitude and superior customer service skills are essential for delivering excellent results.
