Job Title: Senior Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the performance of our commercial property portfolio. This role involves managing a diverse range of office assets, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and maintaining close liaison with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in commercial property management, sound financial acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the overall performance of our commercial property portfolio
* Maintain close liaison with clients and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with lease agreements
* Prepare detailed monthly reporting packs for clients
* Monitor all financial transactions relating to property management
Requirements:
* Previous experience in commercial property management
* Sound financial acumen and understanding of accrual accounting
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
* Certificate of Registration and thorough knowledge of the property industry and local market
