About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-driven business environment and has the drive to open new doors.
This position involves identifying and generating new business opportunities within target industries, making outbound calls and emails, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, conducting market research, meeting with clients, and working closely with the delivery team.
The successful candidate will achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets while representing the organization professionally at industry events and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities within target industries
2. Make outbound calls and emails
3. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

6. Work closely with the recruitment delivery team
Requirements:
