About the Opportunity
Genesis Health + Fitness in Maidstone is seeking motivated and passionate Personal Trainers to join our team. This opportunity is open to both qualified trainers and those currently studying or planning to begin their journey in the fitness industry.
Trainers operate as independent contractors within our premium club facility, giving you the flexibility to build your business, set your own hours, and develop your own training style - while being supported by a strong brand and proven systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customised one-on-one and small group training sessions
- Build and maintain a loyal client base (warm leads provided)
- Participate in club transformation challenges and local community events
- Engage regularly with members to drive client acquisition and retention
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness, current First Aid/CPR, ABN, and insurance
- (If you’re not qualified yet, we can assist you in getting started with a pathway into the industry)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-motivated, reliable, and professional approach
- A strong passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals

Not qualified yet? Genesis works with leading education providers to support aspiring trainers through their certification. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a real gym environment while you study.
If you're not qualified in fitness and have a passion to work in the industry, you may be suitable for a coach, sales consultant, receptionist, or management role.
