Restaurant leadership opportunity available. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily restaurant and bar operations.
This role will ensure a smooth service delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and train FOH staff to uphold service and presentation standards.
* Manage inventory and maintain compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, and OH&S regulations.
* Promote positive dining experiences through excellent customer service.
* Mentor and motivate a high-performing team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Hospitality setting.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Approved Manager Card and valid RSA certification required.
* Knowledge of inventory management principles.
