The Job….
Reporting into the Change Lead, you will be mainly responsible for the following duties:
* Partner with project and change teams to build business readiness and drive sustained adoption of change.
* Apply change management methodologies to ensure consistent, well-governed and transparent practices.
* Engage stakeholders to support consultation, identify impacts, risks and solutions, and enable successful change delivery.
* Conduct change impact assessments and support development of practical mitigation strategies.
* Contribute to change plans and communications across engagement, training, leadership and rollout activities.
* Support project momentum and capability through effective knowledge transfer, handover and continuity.
* Coordinate change activities, monitor progress, report on outcomes and escalate risks as required.
You….
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
* Minimum two years' experience supporting technology or process-based change projects.
* Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft will be favoured.
* Previous experience working in a government or public sector environment is beneficial.
* Highly developed, collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and partnership.
* Demonstrated experience applying change management principles, methodologies and tools.
* Working knowledge of project management approaches, tools and the project lifecycle.
