We're looking for two Client Services Accountants who enjoy working with clients, values accuracy and structure, and wants to build strong technical capability within a well-run, supportive accounting firm.
This role suits someone who likes clear systems, high standards, and meaningful client work — without the chaos.

What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing reconciliations, management reports, and month-end financials
* Supporting BAS, payroll, budgets, and cash-flow reporting
* Working with Xero and Hubdoc across a diverse client base
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Supporting client onboarding, engagement documentation, and compliance reporting
* Responding to client queries with guidance from senior accountants
* Following established systems, processes, and quality standards
* Escalating issues early and working collaboratively with the team
* Working clients in Australia and across the globe.

* Solid accounting fundamentals and strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working within structured systems and processes
* Professional communicator with clients and colleagues
* Willingness to learn, ask questions, and build capability
* A team-first mindset and pride in doing things properly
* Ideally some previous commercial financial experience (not essential)
