About Us
Gyu-En is a Japanese Wagyu Yakiniku (BBQ) all-you-can-eat restaurant, proudly established in Perth. We are excited to open our new Bunbury location in mid-March and are looking for enthusiastic junior team members to join our growing team.
No experience is required — full training will be provided.
Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable team members to support both our front-of-house and kitchen operations. Successful applicants will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and contribute to delivering high-quality service and food experiences to our customers.
Front of House Staff Duties:
* Welcoming and seating customers
* Taking food and beverage orders
* Serving food and drinks efficiently
* Providing friendly and professional customer service
* Clearing and resetting tables
Kitchen Hand Duties:
* Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
* Assisting with basic food preparation
* Supporting chefs during service
* Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Following food safety procedures
Requirements
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Food Safety Certificate
