EAP access supporting employee's wellbeing Long-term secure position for Storeperson About the role: Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of lubricant deliveries and maintenance of lubricant stock. Tasks and Responsibilities Co-ordinate delivery of lubricants Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers Support the Depot Manager, Scheduler and other depot staff Scheduling the local Lubricants Truck Lubricant inventory administration and processing responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading of packaged lubricants Provide exceptional customer service Day to Day Processing & Reports Work with operational support teams within the business (HSSE, HR, Compliance, Fleet, Finance teams) Experience & Skills 2 years minimum experience in Administration or a similar role Forklift licence required HR or LR licence minimum Strong background in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Outlook.
