Job Title

We are seeking an experienced IT and Business Systems Training Coordinator to lead and develop training initiatives, digital learning content, and ensure system functionality meets strategic and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage company IT and business systems for optimal performance.
* Liaise with vendors to ensure systems meet ongoing business requirements.
* Gather user feedback to evaluate system effectiveness.
* Audit internal databases for compliance and accuracy.
* Collaborate with IT specialists and departments for seamless system integration.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
* Assist with asset management and equipment deployment.
* Design, develop, implement, and promote dynamic learning programs and workshops aligned with best practices.
* Audit existing e-learning materials for relevance and quality.
* Engage subject matter experts to ensure accurate and compliant learning content.
* Provide technical expertise during training sessions, ensuring staff understands system functionalities.
* Liaise with teams to ensure consistent application of learning/training processes and induction/training requirements.
* Monitor industry benchmarks for competitive engagement and retention strategies.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure performance adherence and complete on-site training sessions.
* Mentor others to foster change and adaptability, driving growth and improved performance.
* Consult with leaders, specialists, and external experts to identify skills gaps and capability needs.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field/equivalent experience.
* 5+ years' experience in training coordination/content creation roles, with LMS platform proficiency.
* Experience analyzing training needs and designing/executing training plans for multiple systems.
* Advanced technical experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe systems.
* Extensive experience with web-based applications as a User, Admin, and Trainer.
* Proven ability working in fast-paced environments requiring multi-tasking and proactive teamwork.

* Strong WHSE focus and accountability.
* Ability to develop job-specific KPIs and perform statistical reporting.
