Job Opportunity
This is a permanent full-time position that will involve learning and growth as part of a seasoned Transport team while studying a degree to become a Civil Designer.
As a member of the team, you will contribute to the delivery of engineering design and documentation for exciting and important infrastructure projects across various regions. You will gain practical experience with projects involving roads, bridges, water infrastructure, and renewable energy for major clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compile three-dimensional models, drawings, and documentation using industry-leading software from providers such as 12D, Autodesk, and Bentley
* Undertake quantity calculations to generate bill of quantities
* Assist in the management of design documentation files
* Be part of an experienced and professional multidisciplinary team delivering project outcomes
* Work full time in a permanent role
* Study externally through the University of Southern Queensland Australia (USQ) an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering (4-year part-time course)
Requirements:
Successful applicants must meet the enrolment requirements into an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering through the University of Southern Queensland.
