Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality administrative support

2. Manage reports, filing systems and personnel documents

3. Establish and maintain spreadsheets, databases and documentation

4. Liaise with clients and stakeholders
\
5. Procure and manage office supplies
\
6. Raise purchase orders and process invoices
\
7. Accurately enter payroll data
\
8. Assist Human Resources in mobilising personnel to sites
\
\
9. Administrative experience required
\
10. Valid Australian driver's licence
\
11. Ability to pass pre-employment medical and DAS checks
\
