As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Duty Manager to join our leadership team. This key operational role is central to the guest experience and will involve leading staff, maintaining service excellence, overseeing venue operations, and positively contributing to workplace culture.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Have comprehensive knowledge of a club or hospitality venue, with minimum 2 years in a Supervisory role
* Hold a current RMLV and Approved Manager's Licence
* Hold RSG and CLO accreditation
* Display proven experience in Gaming, Keno, Food and Beverage Operations
* Be hands‑on in supervising the floor and ensuring service delivery standards are met
* Contribute ideas and solutions that drive efficiency and improve service outcomes
* Demonstrate strong communication, numeracy, problem‑solving and organisational skills
* Be flexible and available across a rotating roster — days, nights, weekends and public holidays
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate staff across multiple operational areas
* Maintain high service standards, ensuring consistent, memorable guest experiences
* Support positive cultural change and team engagement
* Oversee compliance, safety and operational efficiency across the venue
* Represent The Waves brand with professionalism, pride and integrity.
