Who You Are
You're a safe, reliable driver who takes pride in delivering joinery and materials on time and in great nick. You bring good energy, own your responsibilities, and aren't afraid to pitch in wherever you're needed. You like a bit of banter, but you're serious about doing things properly - on the road, on site, or in the factory.
You want a place where mateship means something, where process isn't just paperwork, and where growth is about making things better for everyone.
You have:
* A clean, current Australian driver's licence (MR or higher)
* Current forklift (LF) licence and experience loading/unloading
* Physically fit (able to lift 20kg, work outdoors and on site)
* Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or transport
* A solid grip on WHS, QLD road rules, and safe loading
* Construction White Card
What You'll Do
* Deliver joinery and materials to site - safely, on time, and in top condition
* Load, secure, and unload goods the right way, every time
* Collect materials from suppliers, check paperwork, and flag any issues
* Drive a mix of vehicles (trucks, vans, utes - you name it)
* Take ownership of the fleet - checks, maintenance, and reporting
* Operate forklifts and move materials safely
* Support the install crew on site, and help out in the factory when needed
* Keep vehicles, tools, and workspaces tidy and safe
* Follow WHS rules, use your PPE, and speak up early about any hazards
* Pitch in and help the team wherever you can
