In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in designing and developing advanced tools and frameworks that streamline and enhance the data migration journey for our customers.

What you'll be doing
Develop full-stack tooling to enable data migration using a variety of technologies.
Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code that is robust, scalable, and testable.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and implement new content capabilities and features.
Deliver intuitive solutions to complex challenges, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering skill development and growth.
Build a deep, hands-on understanding of TechnologyOne products, becoming an expert in functionality, design, and architecture.
Apply best practices in software quality, including test automation, to meet performance and reliability goals.
A passion for software development, agile software practices, and a curiosity to tackle any challenge.
A commitment to writing clean, high-quality code with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong software development skills, primarily in C# and python.
Experience with cloud-hosted software in AWS and Kubernetes.
A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience working on data migrations is beneficial but not required.
Proficiency with Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
