About The Role
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Support Officer to join the growing team on a permanent, Full Time basis. As a Sales Support Officer, you will provide direct support to a leading sales representative, assisting in building client relationships and supporting the sales process.
Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to a sales representative
* End-to-end sales administration
* Preparing documentation such as advertising, appraisals, and contracts
* Recording marketing expenses, deposits, and commissions
* Creating promotional materials
* Liaising with clients and external parties
* Managing databases
* Supporting marketing and community engagement activities
About You
To succeed, you should have:
* Previous administrative experience, real estate experience preferred
