We are seeking an experienced real estate receptionist to join our dynamic team located in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be working for a well-known and respected agency as part of a supportive team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Answering phones and distributing messages in a professional and efficient manner
* Assisting with property management and sales queries
* Greeting clients in a friendly manner as our first point of contact
* Mail, banking, and filing
* Diary management
* Organise all marketing, photographers, and floor plans
* Manage social media marketing
* Other basic office duties
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism
Key Requirements:
* Agent's Representative Certificate (preferred)
* Previous reception experience in Real Estate (preferred)
* Strong Communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Excellent organisational skills
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* High level of initiative
* Possess a strong work ethic
* The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Immaculate presentation and well spoken
