Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapist
Join MSWA as a Senior Occupational Therapist – Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day. We're currently seeking a passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to become part of our growing department.
Overview
In this role, you'll deliver comprehensive OT services for individuals living with neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Parkinson's, Huntington's, Stroke, and Acquired Brain Injuries. You'll collaborate with clients to develop personalised interventions, empower them to achieve their goals, and enhance independence in daily life. You'll also support individuals in managing complex symptoms such as fatigue, sleep disturbance, cognitive changes, thermoregulation, and upper limb/hand dysfunction, and you'll introduce advanced assistive technology solutions to improve quality of life.
At MSWA, you'll work with a diverse range of clients across sub-acute care to long-term management, across funding streams including NDIS, Aged Care (Support at Home), ICWA, and fee-for-service. This role offers a varied caseload and opportunities to develop expertise in areas that matter to you.
We foster a culture of innovation within our Occupational Therapy team, encouraging new ideas and service offerings to address gaps in community-based disability support. Your creativity and initiative can help shape the future of care and make a real difference in people's lives.
If you're passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and want to be part of a team that values growth, collaboration, and innovation, MSWA is the place for you.
