If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and love working with clients, this could be the perfect next step in your career!Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations, to generate new business opportunities.Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.Manage existing accounts and provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.Manage company provided leads.Utilize CRM and other technology tools to track sales activities and analyze performance.Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align sales strategies with business development goals.What You Bring:Experience: Preferred 2 years of B2B sales experience (outside) with a track record of success in lead generation and Incentive Compensation-based selling.Initiative: You’re motivated by the challenge of cold calling and are driven to grow business opportunities.Communication Skills: You’re a natural at building strong relationships with clients at all levels and can communicate your ideas clearly.Bonus Points: If you’ve worked with high-value sales or have experience in material handling (like vertical lift modules or shelving), that’s a plus!
