We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering exceptional service to clients and team members.
This role involves handling telephone and email inquiries efficiently, redirecting as necessary, greeting customers warmly, and maintaining the common areas of the office to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
Key responsibilities include assisting with daily banking, postal pick-ups and other routine tasks, providing general administrative support to the wider team, and supporting the property team with tenant debtors and rental accounts.
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist with excellent communication skills, experience with the Windows Suite, and a can-do attitude.
