About the role
Working in our Retail Store, you will deliver a 10/10 customer experience through efficiently responding to customer correspondence and proactively liaising with key internal stakeholders to effectively resolve customer queries and order issues.
This role will include warehouse duties during times of need.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage inbound service, sales, and technical support interactions via phone, chat, email and in person
* Greet customers, assist with needs, handle complaints, returns and process payments
* Pick, pack, and dispatch click-and-collect orders; perform data entry
* Support warehouse duties as required and maintain a safe, clean environment
* Collaborate with team members and support departments like system building, warranty and product listing.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting customer experience enhancements
Working hours are full time, Monday - Wednesday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm and Thursday & Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
About you
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to succeed
* Friendly, trustworthy, and excellent communicator
* Physically capable of lifting up to 30kg and working on feet for long periods
* Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
* Prior experience in pick/pack, customer service, system building and / or technical knowledge is highly regarded
