As a General Manager at our Coffs Harbour Grange Care Community, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care and services to residents and their families. You'll inspire, support, and grow your team to deliver exceptional outcomes in care quality, financial results, property management, and compliance.
Our vibrant community offers a strong sense of belonging through initiatives like intergenerational programs, live-in pets, local events, fundraising activities, book clubs, and more. As a leader, you'll build relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community to drive performance across all areas.
