The role
As a Recruitment Consultant on a key Industrial Desk in our Parramatta office, you'll be focused on a critical, high-growth blue-collar market across Sydney. You will manage a desk specialising in placing high-volume industrial operational talent.
This is an exceptional opportunity to take over an existing, established, and high-performing desk with proven revenue and a strong client base.
The core focus is on high-volume Business Development and face-to-face client engagement to capitalise on our significant market share and continued sector expansion.
Responsibilities
* Win new business through high-volume BD driving high activity and sales focus.
* Conduct regular client visits to nurture and strengthen relationships, managing and growing your specific client accounts.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume operational roles, ensuring compliance and quality.
* Build strong, professional relationships with industrial candidates and workers.
* Service and grow an existing portfolio of warm clients within the Sydney Industrial market.
What we're looking for
* Experienced recruiter OR a strong sales professional (e.g., B2B sales, account management) with a desire to move into recruitment.
* You must have a commercial resilience and the confidence to deal effectively with industrial workers and sensitive commercial discussions.
* Relationship-focused: Ability to build strong, quick rapport with clients and candidates.
* High-Activity Drive: Willingness to commit to a high-volume of BD and frequent client visits.
