This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth, lead a team, and excel in a senior leadership capacity. As a key member of our Professionals leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Partner for Talent strategy.
About the Role
* You will lead a team of up to 15 full time employees, fostering collaboration and strengthening the identity of our Accounting specialization across NSW.
* Focus on increasing our market share of recruitment services to enhance return on sales.
* Cultivate a high-performance culture, enabling individuals to achieve their full potential.
* Oversee branch financials, focusing on P&L performance, cost management, and gross profit growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth by generating and providing high-quality sales leads to the team, while achieving both individual and team billing targets.
* Inspire and lead an experienced team to enhance individual performance and productivity.
* Craft and execute plans that boost team efficiency and market visibility.
