We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children.
Job Description
This permanent part-time role guarantees a minimum of 27.50 hours per week, with opportunities for extra hours during the school holidays.
About the Role
As an educator, you will help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5-12 years old. Your role will include:
1. Fostering exciting, child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts – whatever you and the kids love
2. Building strong relationships with children, families, and the community
3. Collaborating with a team of skilled educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program
You'll work split shifts Monday – Friday across the services' opening hours of:
Morning: 6:30am – 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program)
Afternoon: 2:45pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program)
School Holidays: 6:00am – 6:00pm (Holiday HQ Program)
Requirements
No formal experience? No problem We're looking for someone who:
1. Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
2. Communicates clearly and confidently
3. Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
4. Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
5. Has Australian work rights
