Company in Derrimut is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator

Our client designs, builds and sustains assets, infrastructure and facilities and we are the leading provider of integrated services in Australia and New Zealand. They are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team in Derrimut.
**Your new role**
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling of work activities within Engineering Services for System Operations & Pipeline Security and Leakage Survey. Activities and tasks to perform this role include:
- Selection of competent resources to deliver the work task
- Receive and track client requests to completion and closure
- Reporting and billing
- Reporting on resource productivity
- Identify and implement strategies to optimise productivity
- Assist with planning and coordinating work activities to ensure that all work is completed on time in accordance with schedule requirements and client and customer expectations.
- Monitor work order outstanding reports and update SAP to reflect new ready dates
- Assist planners with scheduling in work management system ensuring the work is completed in a timely manner
- Schedule distribute to field & close out work order related activities
- Bill work orders and invoice to client
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Microsoft Office (Advance Excel is preferred)
- Experience with JDE and SAP
- Self-Motivated
- Problem-solving
- Ability to prioritise and delegate
- Quick learner
- Work order management experience
