Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fashion Wholesale Sales | Brand Manager, based in Collingwood, VIC.
The role is responsible for managing key wholesale accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to ensure represented brands achieve their sales and distribution objectives. The position requires regular interstate travel throughout Australia during key sales periods.
You will work closely with brand partners to align commercial goals with agency strategies, oversee day‐to‐day account operations, and manage communications, customer service, reporting, and analytics. Regular engagement with retail partners and key stakeholders will be central to driving brand growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow wholesale accounts across multiple territories
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
* Drive distribution growth and strengthen retail partnerships
* Conduct interstate travel during selling periods to service key accounts
* Analyse sales data, market trends, and brand performance to inform strategy
* Maintain strong brand alignment across all retail touchpoints
* Oversee order management, forecasting, and client communications
* Collaborate with brand partners on strategic planning and seasonal direction
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong sales, account management, and customer service experience, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long‐term client relationships
* Proficient analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data and market trends
* Experience within the fashion or lifestyle industry highly desirable
* Highly organised with strong time‐management skills and the ability to manage multiple brands and accounts
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Canva
* Willingness and flexibility to travel interstate during key sales periods
* A genuine passion for fashion, branding, and industry trends
