The Opportunity
Be part of a collaborative project team delivering impactful infrastructure projects that enhance places, support communities and balance quality, cost and time.
About You
You are an organised and proactive project professional with experience supporting the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects. You bring strong coordination, communication and problem‐solving skills, and are comfortable working with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes on time and within budget. You work well both independently and as part of a team, and take pride in delivering practical, well‐managed results.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering infrastructure projects to meet agreed quality, time and budget outcomes.
* Prepare project documentation, including project plans, tender and contract documents, and support financial and delivery reporting.
* Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are effectively implemented.
* Support project lifecycle activities from scoping through to completion, including risk management, issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in project coordination or project management within infrastructure, civil works or a related environment.
* Ability to prepare and manage project documentation, including plans, tenders, contracts and basic financial reporting.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with consultants, contractors and internal teams.
* Well‐developed problem‐solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work with a high level of initiative.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
* Current C Class driver licence.
