About the role
Younger Building Services is seeking a Building Administration Officer to join our team in Adelaide, SA 5000. This is a casual role with the opportunity to work on-site and contribute to the smooth running of our busy building operations.
What you'll be doing
* Providing administrative support to the building management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
* Handling incoming inquiries and correspondence from tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Assisting with the maintenance of building records, including filing and document management
* Preparing and processing various building-related documents, such as invoices, work orders, and reports
* Collaborating with the facilities and maintenance teams to ensure the efficient operation of the building
* Providing customer service and acting as a point of contact for building occupants and visitors
What we're looking for
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience working in a building or facilities management environment, or a similar administrative role
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work
* Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and demands
