Technical Trainer and Certification Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join our team. This role involves delivering classroom and online training sessions to customers and partners, as well as developing and maintaining training content.
* Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to adult learners in a variety of technical domains, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Security, Enterprise systems, Data, and Software development.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training materials, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying resources.
* Share best-practice knowledge across the organization to ensure consistency and excellence in training delivery.
* Understand AWS market segments, customer bases, and industry verticals to effectively tailor training content.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proven experience in technology training, and the ability to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance. They should also have strong stage presence, classroom management skills, and the capacity to engage diverse audiences on complex technical topics.
