Deployment Specialist
The role of a Deployment Specialist is pivotal in ensuring seamless transition and adoption of new ways of working. You will be responsible for designing training plans, refining materials, and coaching frontline teams to ensure smooth transitions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Training & Content Development: Evaluate, refine, and deliver fit-for-purpose training materials to support the needs of frontline teams.
* Change & Engagement: Develop and implement communication plans, workshops, and stakeholder alignment strategies to drive change and adoption.
* Hands-On Coaching: Provide guidance, advice, and training to frontline teams to enhance their capabilities and readiness for change.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with project teams and operational leaders to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 3-5+ years in training delivery, change management, or related roles.
2. Skills: Strong facilitation, communication, and planning abilities, with a focus on adaptability and engagement.
3. Qualifications: Ability to simplify complex information and build trust with teams, while maintaining a safety mindset.
