About The Role Formed in 1882, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare. It remains one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. This position is responsible for providing professional, high level executive secretarial and administrative support to the Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Hospital Director Corporate Services (DCS) and Director of Medical Services (DMS) in a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding environment. Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a senior secretarial/administrative support role and have experience in taking and preparing minutes of meetings. Strong computer skills including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat (TRIM experience desirable). Ability to deal with staff across all levels and appropriately handle sensitive information in accordance with confidentiality guidelines as well as maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
