As Business Development Manager for our Home Oxygen and Aged Care business, your main role will be to proactively drive our business growth in Queensland, maintain our key accounts and ensure a superior customer experience. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
* Identify new business opportunities in Queensland, with a focus on expanding the Home Care packages (e.g., oxygen, medical equipment) market.
* Proactively go into the field to meet with potential customers and stakeholders at different levels to identify current and future needs
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts, including hospitals and sites
* Provide high-quality account management, including conducting audits, sharing best practices, and ensuring safety compliance
Are you a MATCH?
* Valid and full Australian working rights
* At least 2 years experience in Business Development required, preferably in the healthcare sector
* Ability to work proactively and independently in the field
* Valid Australian driver's licence
