We are looking for EUC Specialists in Regional areas of VIC, NSW & SA.
These are for long term projects - both perm and contract options available.
These are URGENT roles where Interviews are in progress, need candidates with solid experience (At least 8-10 years in EUC) and exceptional communication skills.
Mandatory skills
At least 8-10 years of experience in IT with most of it in EUC related tools/technologies Proven Ability to provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for multiple device types like:
* Desktop Devices, which include desktop PCs, engineering workstations, trader workstations, terminals, dedicated Azure Virtual Desktops etc; and
* Mobile Devices, which include iPhone/Android smartphones, tablets, laptops PCs, portable network devices, smartphones, and embedded devices, etc.;
* Customer owned and Bring Your Own Device;
* Strong Experience in:
* SCCM, Intune, & Windows OS Patching & Upgrades, Imaging and Re-imaging of laptops
* Provisioning, remote monitoring, and configuration of EUC devices as per the standard policies and procedures of customer EUC Environment
* Backup and restoration of EUC devices
* Resolve Incidents, Service Requests, & Problems in EUC Devices and relevant software
* Desktop & Laptop OS basic config & troubleshooting, Network Troubleshooting,
* Printer Config & Troubleshooting, VPN Config & troubleshooting, Active Directory basic config & troubleshooting
* Managing complete lifecycle of Incidents & Service Requests as per SLAs
* Ability to work in high pressure environment with multi-tasking and positive attitude
* Working with third-party Vendors to identify resolutions of Incidents & Problems
* ITSM Tools like Remedy & ServiceNow
* Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Nice to have skills
* Understanding and experience in LAN, WAN, Ethernet types of Networks
* Basic config & troubleshooting of Network Devices
* Basic config & troubleshooting of Printers
* Experience in troubleshooting issues of AV Equipment like Meeting Room Projectors etc.
