Supportive Community Liaison
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Supportive Community Liaison to work with our schools in the Diocese of Wagga Wagga. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the learning, pastoral and spiritual wellbeing of Aboriginal students, their families and community.
The role will involve engaging in opportunities that support the education and development of Aboriginal students, as well as building relationships with local Aboriginal organisations and Elders. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with school personnel and community members are essential for this position.

Requirements
* Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and be able to engage and connect with Aboriginal Elders and local community organisations
* Supportive of the purpose, vision and values of Catholic Education
* The ability to work independently, supportively and collaboratively with all community members
* Effective communication skills in a variety of settings
* Current NSW Drivers Licence
* NSW Working with Children Check
* Successful Candidate to undertake a National Criminal History Check
* Accreditation for Support Staff in a Catholic School (Category A, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools)
