Senior Quantity Surveyor – Client-Side Consultancy

Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 + Superannuation

Salary: $125K–$145K + Super, based on experience
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing cost planning, estimates, and full QS services across various projects
* Preparing detailed reports, tenders, and feasibility studies
* Advising clients on contracts, procurement, and value engineering
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
* Working with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team environment
What You'll Need
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* 4–6 years of local experience in a client-side Quantity Surveying role
* Proficiency in CostX and Excel
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a confident client-facing presence
* Preferably AIQS or RICS accredited (or working towards)
