Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
* Process invoices accurately and on time
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
* Prepare and process payment runs
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
* Assist with month-end closing and reporting
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Other Ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a high volume environment. Additionally, they will be tech savvy, with the ability to learn and pick up new software's. Most importantly, they will be driven, eager to learn, and bring a fun, energetic personality to the team.
